Sign Up For Class: We use a program called Momence. To create an account, sign up for your first class through our scheduling page. We would recommend that you sign up for classes. We cannot accommodate walk-ins if a class is full. Classes are available for sign-up one week in advance. Once a class ends, you can sign up for the following week. Waitlist: If you’re added to the class, you’ll be notified by email or text. If plans change, please cancel so someone else can take the spot.

Guest Passes: Watch this video on how to use membership buddy passes. If you need to cancel a class you and a guest have signed up for, please cancel your spot and have your guest cancel through their account. Guests must be with the member to attend class. A pass will be deducted from the member’s account if your guest doesn't cancel their spot.

Cancel Class: You can cancel up to 2 hours before class starts to receive a credit back to your account. However, we can’t guarantee cancellation if you contact us via phone, email, or text. We require a 24-hour cancellation notice for studio events to receive a refund. Once you successfully cancel your spot, you’ll receive an email and a Momence alert. If you are running late, please call (360) 314-4297. We have limited front desk staff and do our best to answer, but our front door is locked at class start time.

Prepare for class

Find the right class

  • Our hottest classes reach 105’

    We use an infrared heating system and turn it on and off during classes. Most classes start with the heat off and the instructors turns it on once started and then off toward the end.

    The hottest spot is the upper right corner and the coolest is the back left. (If you are standing with your back to the block’s wall)

  • Deep Stretch, Ashtanga, Zumba and Yoga Nidra are all non-heated classes. Depending on time of day, some non-heated classes may have a cozy warmth.

    VinYin is a warm class. The room is heated before class or only turned on for a short period of time.

  • Our classes are all meant to be all-levels and we welcome beginners to try what looks best to them. Depending on what you’re looking for in a yoga class, we have a few suggestions for beginners.

    You are welcome to try any class regardless of experience. If you have any concerns before class, just let your instructor know!

  • Yoga is great for all ages! We suggest they be 12 years or older and must accompany an adult. If you are concerned about the heat, try one of our non-heated or warm classes.

    Some events have different age restrictions such as Aerial Yoga for Kids.

  • YOGA MAT
    Mats are required with the exception of Zumba.

    Mat+towel rentals are $5 and we ask students use a towel during heated classes.

    WATER BOTTLE
    Free filtered water and for-purchase beverages are available in our lobby.

    OPTIONAL; Hot Towel, Face Towel, or Personal Props.
    Use our cubbies for all personal items and shoes.

    Studio props are available at no cost. Blocks are in the hot room and all other props are in the back studio.

    $5 Yoga Mat & Towel Rental

    We require students to use hot towels with our rental mats so they are included at no extra cost. Rentals are FREE for members!

  • Check-in at the front desk. We have free-to-use lockers in the lobby for your personal items.

    Check the white board on the studio door for needed props, located in the long hallway. Please, no bolsters for heated classes. We offer “yes/no adjustments cards” in the back of the practice room.

    Find a spot and start settling in. Note; if facing the mirror the hottest spot is the upper right corner and the coolest is the back left. As people come, be open to shifting your mat to create space for everyone.

    After class, place props back where you got them. There are sanitizing spray guns located in the prop hallway. We have laundry baskets for bolster covers, rental towels, and cleaning towels.

    Mat cleaner is available and we ask you clean rental mats before hanging them on the “dirty” hooks.

    Our lost and found is in the lobby to the left of the lockers.

  • As a monthly member you have 3 free buddy passes and yearly members have a total of 40.
    Please sign up your buddy at the same time you sign up yourself. They will need a Momence account.

    If you have to cancel class, please have your guest cancel through their own account. If their spot isn’t canceled a pass will be deducted from the member’s account.

    Children 17&under can accompany a member for free. You can create a child's account through Momence that is connected to your own.

Studio Etiquette

Students can arrive up to 15 minutes before class. New Students arrive at least 10min early. The main door is locked at class start time. We have limited front desk staff and do our best to answer, but if you are running late, please call (360) 314-4297.

No phones, keys, or other belongings unneeded in class. Please, no talking in the hot room, as students enjoy their time before and after class. No cell phones in practice spaces.

Be courteous when unrolling your mat and cleaning up. If you hear your phone go off during class, please step out and place it on silent. Don’t hesitate if you need to step out of class to use the restroom or to grab water just do so respectfully quickly. If you need to leave class early, please do so quietly and before Savasana starts. Our front door allows you to leave but will lock behind you during class.

Please refrain from using the wall before class to practice things like handstands. This can be both disruptive and dangerous for yourself and others in the space. You are welcome to use the wall when appropriate in class. Avoid putting excess pressure on the mirrors.

Remember that you are in a shared public space, and our rules are to keep the studio running smoothly and our students safe. Everyone is welcome at Muni Muni and should feel welcomed and valued. We reserve the right to ban students who are hurtful and disrespectful to other students, instructors, or our space in general. If you have concerns, please be patient and remember that we are a small business.
