Sign Up For Class: Our scheduling program is called “Momence.” To create an account, sign up for your first class through our scheduling page. We do not require students to sign up before class, but if class is full, we can not accommodate walk-ins. Classes are available for sign-ups one week in advance. Once a class ends, you will be able to sign up for the following week. You can download the Momence app on your phone.
Waitlist: If you are added to the class, you will be notified by email or text by Momence. If plans change, please cancel so someone else can take the spot.
Buddy Passes: Watch this video on how to use your 3 free guests per month.
Cancel Class: You can cancel up to 2 hours before class starts through the app or online for a refund. However, we can’t guarantee your cancellation if you reach out to us via email or text. For studio events, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice to receive a refund. You will receive an email and Momence alert once you successfully cancel your spot. Don’t hesitate if you need to step out of class to use the restroom or to quickly grab water just do so respectfully. If you need to leave class early, please do so quietly and before Savasana starts. Our front door allows you to leave but will lock behind you when class is in session.
Please refrain from using the wall before class to practice things like handstands. This can be both disruptive and dangerous for yourself and others in the space. You are welcome to use the wall when appropriate in class. Avoid putting excess pressure on the mirrors.
