Jane McIntosh, (E-RYT 500) began her exploration with yoga through suggestions for alleviating her chronic back pain. Amazed at the difference a few postures made, her practice grew serious with teacher trainings and her love for yoga philosophy intensified, truly changing her outlook on life. Yoga found the way into all aspects of her life and her heart.
You can expect alignment principles weaved together in a flowing practice. The power of the breath is the key in her classes. Yoga philosophy is sprinkled throughout to help the mind stay focused. Expect to be guided into holding the pose to a point of grimace(in a good way) that will ease into a smile of blissfuly finding the balance between challenge & ease.
