Qigong is a mindful movement practice integrating exercise, posture, breathing, and awareness. Harvard Medical School research has shown its beneficial impact on the health of the heart, bones, nerves and muscles, immune system, and the mind.
Regular practice leads to greater vitality and flexibility, better balance and mobility, and a sense of well-being, leading to a clearer, calmer state of mind with the goal of deep states of relaxation.
Tammy provides a thoughtful and caring environment to learn a new skill or deepen your current practice and her beautiful, melodic voice is the perfect medium to guide you to develop a deeper sense of serenity and stability.
Tammy is a certified yoga instructor, qigong, breathwork and meditation guide, TEDx speaker, poet, and wellbeing mentor. Guided by her teachings, voice and energy, she takes her students on a journey to healing and wholeness, empowering them to discover their own radiance and wellbeing within.
Tammy’s mission is to encourage her students to connect with their intuition, cultivate resilience, and practice compassion for themselves and others through movement, meditation, breathwork, and self-reflection.
