Yoga Props + Yin Postures Workshop


Learn how props can support your deep stretch practice. First, we will talk about props and common concerns, try posture with prop variations in a conversational setting to ask questions and find what actually helps you.

We will end with a deep stretch class to use what you learn. Experience different music styles and suggestions on what to do with your thoughts as you settle into each shape.

All levels / Non-Heated / No Flexibility Required

If you’re ready to start or refine your pilates practice this workshop will set you up with the tools for a safe, fun, and sweaty workout! Latesha will teach you how to avoid injuries and maximize your movements.

This is an all-level, non-heated, workshop.

What is IHP?

Hot Pilates is a chal­leng­ing, full-body, low-impact, high-inten­sity work­out, using Pilates prin­ci­ples. It helps tone and strengthen mus­cles with­out the pound­ing of a high-impact workout. The class is performed with fast-paced music making it fun, exciting, and energizing.

Mysore is a traditional self-practice approach to the Ashtanga technique. Ashtanga is a vinyasa method that has a set sequence of postures. You do the same postures in the same order every time. Join Lisa Harvey as we introduce Mysore Method classes to our studio. In this workshop, you'll get to meet your Mysore instructor, go over class etiquette and expectations, and review all postures within the primary sequence.

Join Wendy Rogers for this hands-on workshop and learn how to improve your Surya Namaskar A / Sun Salutation A.
This is the perfect workshop for anyone interested in joining our 108 Sun Salutations on June 20th!

Sun Salutation A is a traditional part of vinyasa practice and it is important to practice correctly. We will focus on three important poses: Chaturanga Dandasana, Upward Facing Dog, and Downward Facing Dog. These three poses are the key to building strength and flexibility in your yoga practice.

Practicing these poses correctly helps avoid common injuries and reach your goal of physical ability. We will focus on details and techniques for these postures and how to incorporate them when practicing.

Hands-on adjustments are available but optional.

This workshop is a unique mix of sound healing, movement and meditation creating a nourishing effect enhanced by the vibrational frequency of live music.

Qigong is a mindful movement practice integrating exercise, posture, breathing, awareness and meditation. Combined with the healing frequencies of the handpan instrument, this session will  lead to greater vitality, with the goal of a clearer, calmer state of mind and deep states of relaxation.
