Awaken body, mind and emotions during this qigong and meditation session led by guest instructor Tammy Bux, accompanied by a soothing live sound immersion by sound artist Shazia Malik. This workshop is a unique mix of sound healing, movement and meditation creating a nourishing effect enhanced by the vibrational frequency of live music.

Qigong is a mindful movement practice integrating exercise, posture, breathing, awareness and meditation. Combined with the healing frequencies of the handpan instrument, this session will  lead to greater vitality, with the goal of a clearer, calmer state of mind and deep states of relaxation.

Learn the ancient eastern art of qigong with guest instructor, Tammy Bux, to help release stagnation in the body, mind and emotions, making space to replenish you with new, vital life force energy. 

QiGong is $15 for Muni Muni Members and $20 for drop-ins!


Tammy is a certified yoga instructor, qigong, breath work & meditation guide, TEDx speaker, poet, & wellbeing mentor. She takes students on a journey to healing & wholeness. Empowering them to discover their own radiance & wellbeing within.


Qigong is a mindful movement practice integrating exercise, posture, breathing, and awareness. Harvard Medical School research has shown its beneficial impact on the health of the heart, bones, nerves and muscles, immune system, and the mind.


Tammy’s mission is to encourage her students to connect with their intuition, cultivate resilience, and practice compassion for themselves and others through movement, meditation, breath work, and self-reflection.
