Mysore is a traditional self-practice approach to the Ashtanga technique. Ashtanga is a vinyasa method that has a set sequence of postures. You do the same postures in the same order every time. Join Lisa Harvey as we introduce Mysore Method classes to our studio. In this workshop, you'll get to meet your Mysore instructor, go over class etiquette and expectations, and review all postures within the primary sequence.
