This is the perfect workshop for anyone interested in joining our 108 Sun Salutations on June 20th!

Sun Salutation A is a traditional part of vinyasa practice and it is important to practice correctly. We will focus on three important poses: Chaturanga Dandasana, Upward Facing Dog, and Downward Facing Dog. These three poses are the key to building strength and flexibility in your yoga practice.

Practicing these poses correctly helps avoid common injuries and reach your goal of physical ability. We will focus on details and techniques for these postures and how to incorporate them when practicing.

Hands-on adjustments are available but optional.
